Life After Montessori

What is the transition like from Montessori to a traditional classroom?

Each student handles the transition differently. Because the Montessori method does such an excellent job creating a love for learning, the ability to focus, time and life management skills, and cooperation/collaboration, students transition well to new schools after their time at Fernwood. Our students develop the self confidence and work habits that serve them well in middle school and high school.
