We are seeking a dedicated Elementary Classroom Assistant to support our Elementary Guide in maintaining a prepared environment and supporting student learning. The Classroom Assistant will help ensure that each child’s academic, social, and emotional needs are met in accordance with Montessori philosophy and MSDE requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Elementary Guide with classroom management, student support, and preparation of materials.
Work with individual students or small groups under the Guide’s direction.
Supervise children during classroom activities, lunch, recess, and transitions.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications with staff, students, and families.
Participate in school events, professional development, and staff meetings

The Classroom Assistant provides support of the implementation of authentic Montessori practice with an understanding and appreciation for the Montessori philosophy. The Classroom Assistant will support the Montessori Lead Guide to maintain a classroom and instructional program that supports the individual needs of the children, challenging each one to reach their full potential.

蒙特梭利婴幼儿指导员带领团队，为幼儿提供悉心照料，并妥善满足他们的发展需求。指导员必须根据蒙特梭利的理念和方法，在精心准备的蒙特梭利环境中，指导幼儿开展各种活动，帮助他们在学业、情感和身体方面获得支持。
